Mr. Wajahat Yar Khan is a Barrister called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in March 2023. He is registered as a foreign lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and has been admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Sindh.

Holding a Master of Laws (First-Class) and a Diploma in Barrister Training Course (Distinction) from BPP University London, Mr. Khan also earned his LLB (Hons) from the University of London.

He is an Associate at SAJ Legal in London, focusing on Immigration, Public Law, and Civil, and Commercial litigation, with special expertise in Unlawful Detention claims and Human Rights violations.

In Pakistan, Mr. Khan is a Partner at Yar Khan & Co., a law firm established by his grandfather, (Late) Mr. Justice Ibadat Yar Khan. His legal experience spans Property, Banking, Commercial, Civil, and Family law in the City, District, and High Courts of Sindh. Mr. Khan also contributes to policy-making and operational development in the private sector, offering legal advice to support organizational objectives.
